Appswave
The story
They came to us to make their app to become the Middle East’s best saving app.
We audited it, fixed the gaps, and built a modular ‘Lego-like’ system so it can scale it with ease.

Our impact
- Full, new, structured, easy-to-use saving app.
- App ratings jumped in 3 months from 3.2 ⭐ to 4.2⭐
- Due to our modular design (LEGO structure), the NBC team can add new features without our help.
Problem
NBC’s app had been live for some time but was outdated in both design and business approach.
The interface was cluttered and difficult to navigate.
User retention rates lagged behind key competitors.
Core flows were overly complex and lacked recovery paths.
Solution
Set a clear product vision and goals with NBC, then turned stakeholder input into themes, insight maps, and opportunity maps to decide what to fix, focus, and add—and aligned the plan with the client.
Current State Audit Review
Audited the live app and flows; inventoried features to see what’s valuable, noisy, or missing.
Restructure and Architecture
- We built a new app structure and architecture
- Prirotizing most important features at front and natural to reach.
